The exhibition provides reproductions
of documents, photographs, music and text manuscripts from Schönberg’s
archive by means of twelve stations. An audio-guide (available in
7 languages) is enhanced by musical examples, historical recordings
of Arnold Schönberg’s voice, and detailed explanations of the major
themes of his life and work. Schönberg’s complete musical œuvre can
be heard by means of a CD-Jukebox, and display cases with facsimiles
of autographs, as well as computer stations, give insight into the
multi-faceted legacy of Arnold Schönberg.
The audio-guide is available in: German, English, French, Italian,
Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, and Serbo-Croatian. |
