The score is written on 46 leaves of transparent paper which are taped
to 23 leaves (24 leaves including the t.p.) which are bound in handmade
cardboard binding with blue cloth spine and handlettered cover title in
black pencil 'Piano Concerto (Transparent Originals)'.
Dedication: 'To Henry Clay Shriver'. Note handwritten in black ink on
t.p.: 'first performance by Stokowski and Steuermann New York, broadcast
NBC, February 6 1944, NBC Studio Radio City, New York'.
Typewritten carbon copy of performance instructions along with instructions
to editor are taped to t.p. and verso of t.p.
