“Arnold Schönberg. Catalogue raisonné” was named as one of Austria’s most beautiful books. This was the 53rd annual competition for “Austria’s Most Beautiful Books 2005,” sponsored by the Committee for the Austrian Book Trade and the State Secretary for the Arts and Media of the Federal Chancellery’s Office. The Jury’s decision of February 2006 reads as follows: “Clearly arranged typographic and aesthetic system of organization that facilitates reading of an extremely comprehensive text; successfully achieved picture-layout in the catalogue portion of the book.”
