Outreach program for children aged 10 to 15
Picking up where Schönberg Sounds Great!, leaves off, this outreach program is aimed at students aged 10 to 15. It takes Schönberg’s role as the father of twelve-tone music as its point of departure to explore his pupils’ music and the Viennese School. The workshop concert’s name is intended as a conceptual play on words to help bring the music across, referring both to the target audience (the students in their “classes” and the Viennese “School”), with Schönberg as the pivotal figure.
